Delivery, title and risk of loss
All items purchased from onlyhealth.com.my are made pursuant to a delivery arrangement stated in the terms and conditions applicable to the product(s) and service(s). The risk of loss and title for such product(s) pass to you upon the delivery of the product(s) to you by Tigas Pharma and/or any other third party designated by Tigas Pharma.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the product(s) and/or service(s) by Tigas Pharma or any other third party designated by Tigas Pharma to you, due to your absence in receiving the product(s) and/or service(s) at the designated address agreed by you, you shall solely bear the total cost(s) of further delivery(ies) of the product(s) and/or service(s) to you. You are hereby notified that Tigas Pharma shall give no refund to you for the product(s) and/or service(s) under the aforementioned circumstances.
Product and service descriptions
Tigas Pharma attempts to provide the product and service descriptions as accurately as possible to you. However, Tigas Pharma does not warrant that product and service descriptions or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Return and refund policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail Tigas Pharma your order number and complaint describing the product condition within fourteen (14) working days of delivery at support@ohhealthmart.com or call Tigas Pharma's customer service or revisit the Website and click at the "Return of Product" button, to obtain an authorisation for returns. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded by Tigas Pharma.
If Tigas Pharma authorises a return of the product, Tigas Pharma will e-mail you a RMC (Return Merchandise Code) number and instructions for sending the returned product to the respective authorised merchant that have the right to receive the damaged or defective product on behalf of Tigas Pharma. Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. Tigas Pharma will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.
After receiving the product, the authorised merchant will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, the authorised merchant will deliver you a replacement. However, if Tigas Pharma is not able to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, Tigas Pharma will refund you by instructing your credit card's bank or issue a cheque to you as applicable. Cheque will be issued to you within ___ days from the date of approval.
Collection and use of personal information
In addition to disclosure of identification and contact particulars as contemplated herein, Tigas Pharma will collect, store, compile and utilise information about you and your use of the Website including without limitation, information regarding the sites you visit, that you provide to Tigas Pharma's questionnaires, surveys and registration forms.
